My dog’s measurements fit two different sizes, which size should I purchase?
A: Our harness does tend to run a little large, be sure that we recommend considering if your dog is still growing before determining a size. If your dog is over 40lbs or a strong puller, we recommend the size Medium/Large.

How do I use both the front and back D rings on the harness?
A: The front clip helps with guiding and re-directing your dog while the back clip can be used for overall body control. Use both D rings to be able to redirect and control your dog at the same time.
When will my order be shipped?
A: We do our best to ship your product out as soon as possible! Orders take between 2 – 3 business days (non-holidays/non-weekends) to process and ship out from the purchase date. You will receive a shipment notification as soon as it leaves our warehouse with an estimated arrival date.

My order says delivered, but it’s not here! What does this mean?
A: Sometimes USPS/International couriers mark packages as “delivered” prior to it being actually delivered. However, the package usually shows up within 1 – 2 business days after the marked date. If not, please contact your national postal service in regards to your package’s whereabouts.

How to set a KLIMB at an angle?
A: Screw two legs into the bottom of your KLIMB and store the other two in the bottom of the KLIMB. This puts your KLIMB at an angle and gives you unlimited new exercises to try with your dog!
