We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return please email us at customerservice@blue-9.com for a copy of our return form. Please include your order number and the email address used at time of purchase.

If the returned product is not in new and resalable condition, you will receive a partial refund (less $10) of the purchase price.


We must receive your return within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, we will inspect the return and issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product. We do not refund shipping costs associated with the order.

Your refund will be applied within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. Depending on the method of payment, the refund should show up on your account within 3-10 business days. Returns from authorized dealers or Amazon purchases will receive a store credit to be used on purchase at www.blue-9.com. An email will be sent when store credit is available for use.


Exchanges Exchanges are processed as new orders. Follow the return process above and place a new order for the size/color you need. Shipping charges will apply to new orders. Returns from authorized dealers and Amazon can wait for the store credit to be available on their account before purchasing. To receive return form please email us at customerservice@blue-9.com.
