Hi Bonnie, thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! Chip makes a great model and looks very comfortable in the plush green yard. Enjoy!
We highly recommend this Tab leash, it’s is well made, sturdy and well worth the money. But for medium to large dogs.
My sister, aCapella and I are two smaller dogs (23 and 14 pound Havanese) and the length is too long, it trips us up. It’s also too heavy for us. Would love to buy the Tab Leash in a thinner, lighter one for small dogs! And one with a clasp on each end! Oh, and they ship with a treat…
Thanks,
DaVinci
So useful, color is accurate and super cute, nicely made
The leash is a nice weight and nice design. It is a little too short for heeling with my 20" border collie.
I thought 9" was long enough, but not quite long enough.
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Tab Leash, Rhea. We appreciate your insights regarding the weight and design of the product. While we're glad you found those aspects favorable, we understand your observation about the length for heeling with your Border Collie.
Perfect product
It’s smaller than I was hoping, but it’s sturdy, light and the price is right!!
too short for us
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Della. We appreciate you taking the time to provide your insights on our Tab Leash. We're sorry to hear that the length didn't meet your needs. The Tab Leash is designed as a convenient, hands-free option for quick trips or training sessions, but we understand that different activities and pup sizes may require varying leash lengths. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Great product.
Absol love this when running with my pup!
I love having my tab leash knowing anytime my dog sees a squirrel or bunny, I can reach for the tab leash at ease. More importantly, I love my leash with all the extra clip ons for the tab leash.
0 stars. I don't recommend this product. Tiny. Cheap. Useless. I Like Blue-9 Products but there's no way this thing is up to their standards. I was honestly surprised when I pulled it out of the box. Low quality in every way. Steer clear.
Matches the collar I purchased.
The product is not bad, but is costly for a web tab leash. I'd purchased one of these in the past and it had been superior. The clasp is now like less expensive similar products, not as effortless to open. I called customer service first before writing a less then 5-star review, as Blue-9 asked on the bottom of the receipt in the box. I was disconnected.
I called back. Blue-9 made no offer to make it right as they'd indicated. The conversation didn't go poorly, it just didn't accomplish anything and ate up my time. I was disconnected a second time.
I called back a couple times after second disconnect, but nobody answered. I left a message. That was weeks ago. There's been no return call. I got busy with holiday shopping and preparations. Now I'm left with not as special merchandise as I'd had in the past at a hefty price. I wish the tab leash matched the quality of my initial purchase. I expected that Blue-9 would have responded to my concerns.
Great tabs for Obedience training. I also use them for key fobs.
Vivid colors and just the right size for my heeler.
Great to use in training.!
Nice to have a handle to add to the leash for extra protection.
I needed tab leashes for training my 2 pups during their " zoomie " times and for close healing training. They work well..
Love this little leash, which I have been looking for such as this for years! My young, energetic dog is more easily managed indoors, and I feel better about her being off leash outdoors with it on. It’s our “off leash leash”.
Loved the quality and the colors I bought. Perfect length for the length of my arm to reach down and control a 21” dog. I am 5’4”. The price was perfect.
Maybe this will come in handy for something one day. Haven't tried it. Thought it may work as a handle for that truly uncomfortable leash but...
Wish these came in 1" widths. Is tiny on my large dog.
It is a good length for close work or working off leash, doesn't interfere with the dogs movements.
When playing fetch we can easily recall our dog and hold onto him until other dogs or people pass
This is great for training classes
Well-made and the perfect length. Well done!
Super handy little leash to keep in a pocket or clipped to my bag.
Nice size.
I purchased the tab leash to keep my dog’s head close to me when we are walking in close quarters and it works well for that. I will also use it for training the beginning of off leash work for rally.
This is exactly what I wanted to use to go to the line at agility. Then I can just put it in my pocket!
I have lab and she always needs to have something in her mouth. That's why they say that labs are "mouthy"! When not walking around with a toy (her stuffed badger is her favorite), she holds her "blankie" in her mouth. I think it must be comforting to her. I attach it to her collar so she doesn't swallow it! (she has had it quite far in at some points and appears to gag momentarily). I do take it off when taking her for a walk because it rubs on the ground and I am always worried that it may pick up some fertilizer or other residues that can be poisonous to the dogs as they later chew and suck on the tab.
My labrador puppy also loves to hold the tab in her mouth and sometimes just lays down and chews it. It seems to give her comfort. Labs love something in their mouths! I bought three just to have one always available to her. I attach it to her harness or collar so she won't swallow it!
