What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in materials or workmanship.
• Hardware Failures: Issues with buckles, clips, rings, or other components.
• Stitching & Seams: Problems affecting usability.
• Chewing Damage: Replacement for chewed harnesses within the coverage period.

How It Works:
Simply complete the warranty claim form on our website to submit a request. If approved, we’ll replace your Balance Harness with a new one of the same size and color as your original purchase. You will not be charged for the replacement Balance Harness, but you will be billed for the cost to ship the replacement harness.

What’s Not Covered:

• Lost, outgrown, or fully functional harnesses.
• Normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or misuse.
• Items obtained through promotions, donations, or as warranty replacements.
• Shipping cost of the replacement harness
